The M&R Project Coordinator provides critical support to the M&R Policy team by optimizing internal processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring effective crossdepartment coordination. This role is responsible for project oversight, workflow management, process improvement, and timely delivery of highquality work products. The Coordinator serves as a central resource for documentation, reporting, research, and tools that support the team's performance and strategic goals.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • All administrative tasks for the Medicare Advantage Policy and Technology Assessment Committee (MAP-TAC) meetings and committee
  • Monitor and track CMS Transmittals and coordination of timely and accurate completion of Regulatory database requirements
  • Project coordination and related research
  • Work product organization and tracking
  • Gathering data, creating reports, support of performance metrics
  • Development, annual reviews, and maintenance of standard operating procedures, job aids, and other documentation
  • Creation, maintenance, and optimization of efficiency tools and related team training
  • Ensuring effective coordination across departments as appropriate
  • Creation and maintenance of self-service tools for our customers
  • Meeting agendas and minutes

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient in project management software and tools
  • Proven solid ability to manage and leverage collaborative tools
  • Proven exceptional organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proven solid attention to detail and proven problemsolving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Medicare programs, CMS guidelines, and supporting compliance activities
  • Customer service experience, ideally in a healthcare or operations environment

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
