Job Summary:

The Admissions Manager for the Kellogg Full-Time MBA program will serve as a key team member responsible for the successful planning and execution of events and other yield-related activities across a portfolio of eight programs. In addition to being a member of the outreach team, this role also performs core admissions duties such as recruiting, interviewing, evaluating and yielding.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Collaborate with the Senior Associate Director and Assistant Director of the outreach team to develop strategic plans and outreach initiatives.
  • Plan and support on-campus and virtual events, including campus visits, class visits, preview day, and admitted student day.
  • Participate in domestic and international recruiting events, including presenting to prospective students.
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as student organizations, Academic Experience, Student Affairs and the Career Management Center to support key admissions initiatives.
  • Serve as a Kellogg ambassador through all interactions with prospective students, alumni, faculty, staff and key stakeholders.
  • Participate in all aspects of the selection process for the full-time programs, including interviewing candidates and evaluating applications.
  • Support various administrative tasks, including maintaining databases, distributing marketing materials, organizing event packages.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute events and other initiatives to attract and yield prospective students.
  • Participate in all aspects of the selection process for the Full-Time MBA program, including interviewing candidates, evaluating applications, and managing applicant pools.
  • Collaborate with the broader Kellogg Admissions Team, cross-functional departments, cross-program staff, and key stakeholders (students, professors, alumni, etc.) to design, plan and implement strategies to attract, select and yield the highest quality MBA candidates.
  • Run reports, design surveys, and analyze data to spot trends and identify opportunities.
  • Assist with other projects, administrative duties and initiatives as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: (Education, experience, and any other certifications or clearances)

  • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience from which comparable skills and abilities may be acquired.
  • Willing and able to travel domestically, internationally and work occasional evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications: (Education and experience)

  • Two or more years of work experience.
  • Experience in admissions or higher education.

  • Strong project management skills.

Target hiring range for this position will be $55,000 - $60,000 per year. Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
