THE ROLE:

AMD is hiring a director to lead partnership development acrossEnterprise customers and highgrowth vertical markets, including Financial Services, Industrial, Healthcare/Bio, Manufacturing, Government, and emerging AIdriven sectors.

This leader will identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships that accelerate AMD's market penetration by building verticalspecific AI and compute solutions, expanding enterprise engagement models, and enabling domainspecific ecosystem adoption.

The Person:

You will work crossfunctionally with AMD'sISV, GSI, AI, GPU, Enterprise, and Corporate Strategy teamsto shape new market entry, define partnership models, and construct scalable frameworks for ecosystem development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, prioritize, and develop strategic partnerships with Enterprise customers, ISVs, solution providers, and vertical industry innovators.
• Build partnership models including codevelopment, coselling, licensing, joint ventures, and ecosystem alignment tailored to industryspecific needs.
• Conduct competitive, market, and partner capability assessments to define actionable strategies for vertical expansion.
• Lead development of verticalspecific AI solutions in collaboration with ecosystem partners.
• Build frameworks for market analysis, vendor evaluation, business case development, and partnership execution.
• Work with Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and BU leaders to structure and execute deals.
• Establish repeatable processes that scale AMD's enterprise and vertical ecosystem engagement.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong understanding of enterprise technology adoption and verticalspecific business models.
• Able to operate effectively in fastmoving environments with crossfunctional complexity.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and executivelevel presentation capabilities.

• Strategy, management consulting,investment banking, corporate development, strategy, or enterprise/vertical BD.
• Experience evaluating new markets, structuring strategic partnerships, and leading multistakeholder initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI/ML stacks, enterprise software, and industry-specific digital transformation is advantageous.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• B.S. degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
