Job Description

Visa Global Products and Initiatives focuses on building and deploying innovative technologies that enable, scale, and secure Visa transactions worldwide. Our mission is to launch new, marketleading offerings that create significant value for Financial Institutions and Big Tech payments providers, delight end consumers, and address clear market demand for acceptance and related services.

The Visa Tap team is seeking a highly motivated Product Analyst to join the organization. This team is dedicated to building and expanding an ecosystem of softwarebased technologies that deliver seamless, engaging experiences across the payments landscape-including sellers, buyers, issuers, acquirers, and technology partners-across both developed and emerging markets.

The Product Analyst will be responsible for managing Tap partners and for building, implementing, and operating Tap programs that enable Visa services through mobilebased contactless technologies. This role has two primary responsibilities:

  • Managing Tap integrations with key regional partners, and
  • Leading product operations and program governance by collaborating closely with crossregional and crossfunctional stakeholders to ensure optimized program offerings for ecosystem enabler partners.

In addition, the Product Analyst will develop design and research artifacts to support Visa's product offerings. This is a global role that requires balancing local, regional, and global priorities to achieve overall program objectives. Success in this role will require strong collaboration skills, the ability to navigate a complex and highly matrixed organization, and a partner and clientfirst mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver Tap integrations with key regional partners.
  • Drive strategic, crossproduct operations across multiple mobile solution programs.
  • Own endtoend business processes for partner engagement, solution certification, and approval workflows.
  • Apply operational efficiencies and product governance using product and project management tools.
  • Define and align business processes and ownership across regional and crossfunctional teams.
  • Lead solution requirements definition, testing coordination, and approval workflows for product certification.
  • Create design artifacts, including UX requirements, guidelines, prototypes, and gotomarket assets.
  • Lead user experience research and incorporate insights into product design and strategy.
  • Identify gaps, roadblocks, and bottlenecks, with a focus on streamlining and improving product delivery.
  • Diagnose existing processes, design scalable solutions, and implement enhancements across the Tap portfolio.

This is a hybrid position.Expectationofdays intheoffice will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 0 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD/PhD) Customer-oriented mindset.
  • Superior interpersonal and communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in product roadmap development.
  • Versed on Visa's products, programs, and services.
  • Experience with product software.
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 110,700 to 190,900 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
