Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Design Engineer to develop RTL solutions and improve our Front-to-Mid-End Design and Verification productivity by integrating and automating tools into the verification/design flow. The role requires strong fundamentals in digital design, along with the ability to build scripts/utilities (and AI-assisted automation where applicable) to streamline regressions, debugging, and sign-off readiness.

Key Responsibilities
* Define and implement RTL (SystemVerilog) design solutions and support block/subsystem integration.
* Drive day-to-day engineering execution with strong debug/root-cause skills across RTL, simulation failures, and flow issues.
* Apply AI-assisted techniques where appropriate to improve flow efficiency.
* Use and support digital simulation workflows; improve usability, repeatability, and turnaround time of verification runs.
* Develop and maintain automation for verification/design flows using scripting/programming (e.g., Python/Tcl/Shell/Perl/C++).

Requirements/Qualifications:

* BSEE with emphasis on microelectronics and 10 years of relevant industry experience.
* Strong understanding of digital design, microprocessor architecture, and CMOS device operation.
* Proficiency in SystemVerilog for RTL design.
* Experience with industry-standard EDA tools, including digital simulators.
* Experience working in a Unix/Linux environment and knowledge of scripting languages like Shell, Tcl, Perl, Python(Preferred), and/or C++.
* Exposure to Git and Bitbucket (or similar) for version control and collaboration.
* Exposure to AI/ML/LLM-based tooling applied to engineering workflows .
* Familiarity with common industry tools (examples: Synopsys/Cadence/Siemens simulators and implementation/signoff tools).
* Self-driven and comfortable taking on ambiguous, fast-changing tasks.

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $75,000 - $232,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
