Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Complete one full week of safety orientation and introduction to plant operations.
  • Gain hands-on knowledge of our end-to-end manufacturing process.
  • Shadow an entry-level Process Operator in Reactions for approximately two weeks.
  • Shadow an advanced Purification and Evaporation Operator for approximately two weeks.
  • Shadow a Skilled Process/Utilities Operator for approximately two weeks.
  • Optionally shadow Automated Packaging Operations for an additional two weeks.
  • Participate in DCS (Distributed Control System) training focused on basic process control.
  • Support field verification of equipment status and process conditions.
  • Observe maintenance tasks on process equipment and learn fundamentals of equipment reliability.
  • Learn to complete process batch records and understand training documentation requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Are currently enrolled in a technical, engineering, or industrial-related academic program.
  • Demonstrate strong interest in manufacturing, operations, or process control.
  • Learn quickly in hands-on environments and enjoy understanding how systems work.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate well with operators and technical staff.
  • Are comfortable spending time on the plant floor observing equipment and processes.
  • Can follow strict safety procedures and work with attention to detail.
  • Have basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn control systems.
  • Are reliable, responsible, and punctual throughout the internship period.
  • Are available to work up to 40 hours per week on dayshift during the 7-9 week program.

How You Would Stand Out

  • Prior exposure to manufacturing, industrial operations, or maintenance environments.
  • Coursework related to process engineering, automation, or industrial technology.
  • Strong mechanical or technical aptitude.
