Your Role on Our Team:
The Associate Supply and Demand Planneris responsible forday-to-daysupply and demand management, including planning,prioritizingandexpeditingboth production and supply as needed to ensure on-time delivery to our customers.

Maintainsproduction and purchaseorders in SAP, monitoringsystem for gaps in supply or system errors.Createsproductionschedule that considersnormal and promotional demand, plant capacity, product mix, and material availability. Generates purchase ordersfor raw materialsand indirect componentsin alignment withthe plant's inventory strategy, working closely with vendorsto hold delivery schedules.

The person in thisposition with interfacewith all departments throughout theplant as well as corporate counterparts in supply planning andsourcing.

You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for 98% Fill Rate, escalating risks related to inventory or production capacity and followingthroughto resolution

  • Owns order managementprocessincludingEDI processing, issue resolution,shipment,invoicingand reporting. Engages with corporatesupply planner to mitigate fill rate misses

  • Setsand communicates theweeklyproduction plan and priorities for the operation. Schedules productionordersaccordingly

  • Executes purchase order managementincludingcreation, confirmation,expeditingand rescheduling activities, escalating roadblocks to key stakeholders

  • Owns containerprocess including schedulingandreconciliation in SAP

  • Responsible fordomesticinbound and outboundlogistics

  • Supports NPDprojects by executing inventoryand production plans, working closely with NPD Coordinator and Supply Planner

What TOOLS you'll bring with you:

  • Associate orbachelor'sdegreerequiredin a business-related fieldorequivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Excel, Word,PowerPoint,Teamsand Outlook)

  • Strong organizational skills and a stellar attention to detail are essential

  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal

Other TOOLS we prefer you to have:

  • 1 year Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

  • Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skillspreferred

  • Prior SAP experience is a plus
