What to Expect We are looking for a Supply Chain Manager(SCM)to support our responsible sourcing efforts in the battery supply chainas weacceleratethe world's transition to sustainable energy.The SCMwillproactivelyassess social and environmental risks in the batterysupply chainanddrivetargetedand innovativeactivities to address them.The goal is toelevateour suppliers' sustainability performance. The roleisin Tesla's Battery Responsible Sourcing(RS)team, whichis part oftheBatteryCellSupply Chain Management(SCM)organizationthatincludescommercial procurement and supplier industrialization engineering. The role will focus onsuppliers forour growing Energy(Megapack, Powerwall)business. The ideal candidateis passionate about advancing sustainability in battery and critical mineral supplychains and excels in adynamicenvironment that allows them toindependently develop innovative approaches. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
