Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. Responsibilities for this Position ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: The Autonomous Maritime Platforms (AMP) Business is looking for a Deputy Program Manager - Engineering (DPME) to support our Unmanned Undersea Vehicle (UUV) programs out of our Quincy, Massachusetts location to support the development, implementation, and testing of the next generation undersea systems. As a DPME, you'll support our program engineering leadership team and be responsible for leading a highly skilled cross functional team. Your role includes ensuring all project deliverables (including documentation) are developed with high quality and delivered on time, tailoring engineering processes to establish best engineering practices, and help maintain schedule and staff plans required by the project to be successful.
