Job Title: Financial Services Specialist I Location: Richmond, VA 23219, USA Pay Rate: $25.00/hr. without benefits Duration: 1+ Year Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30 (flexible) Job Description: Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s) : Laptop Computer software to be used: Microsoft Office, eVA Procurement Internal finance systems F&A Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience: Knowledge of accounting, fiscal and procurement. Strong data entry skills. Working knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping standards. Skill and experience with Microsoft applications to include Excel, Access, Word and Google applications such as google docs and sheets. Ability to prepare, maintain and reconcile financial reports and data. Knowledge and experience working with state accounting, procurement laws, policies and procedures. Fiscal /accounting and procurement or purchasing keying invoices in accounting systems Keying invoices in accounting systems, Process department purchase requests through the eVA vendor system, monitoring of budgets and budget reports for assigned program area.
