People * Customers * Trust GENERAL SUMMARY The purpose of this position is to manage all maintenance functions for the mill and direct the efforts of the assigned maintenance employees & supervision to meet overall department and mill objectives for safety, productivity, quality, and cost. PREREQUISITES Education: Lubrication and vibration training. Bachelor's degree - Preferred Work Experience: Five (5) years' experience in Industrial Reliability Skills: Leadership - Must manage with unquestionable integrity, projecting a positive and professional image within PCA and the local community. Interpersonal - Must establish an informal network of supportive relationships across the organization; facilitate high involvement employee meeting. Communication - Able to effectively communicate company and department objectives to management, peers subordinates; ability to clearly communicate ideas and proposals verbally and in writing throughout the organization.
