JOB SUMMARY
Supports the planning, development, maintenance, and analysis of construction project schedules. Reports to Project Scheduler. Works with Project Managers, Operations, and field leadership to ensure schedules are accurate, resource loaded as required and updated to reflect current project conditions. Assists with schedule updates, reporting, and documentation to help drive successful project execution.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


  • Must have four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience


KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES


  • Basic finance, design, construction, and management experience required
  • Construction management knowledge essential
  • Must have safe driving record and a valid driver's license according to legal requirements
  • Basic understanding of corporate industry and safety practices, processes, standards and how they affect project activities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • Requires strong computer competence


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of detailed construction project schedules
  • Support schedule setup, logic development, activity coding, and baseline management
  • Collect schedule progress updates from project teams and field personnel
  • Assist with resource loading, manpower tracking, and job cost integration as directed
  • Prepare schedule reports, look ahead, and progress summaries for project teams and management
  • Support schedule impact analyses and "what if" scenarios under direction of the Project Scheduler
  • Coordinate schedule updates across multiple areas or work packages within a project
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and compliant project documentation related to scheduling
  • Communicate schedule changes, milestones, and constraints to project stakeholders
  • Ensure schedules align with safety requirements, contractual obligations, and company standards
  • Learn and apply company scheduling procedures, best practices, and tools
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
