Senior HR Systems Implementation Project Manager

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior HR Systems Implementation Project Manager for a hybrid position with a Leading Restaurant Chain located in Columbus, OH. This is a 5+ month contract opportunity.

Pay Range: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

This role will focus on implementing a Career Site Move Project using iCIMS. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full transition of the client's career site, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure a successful implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a Career Site Move Project using iCIMS
• Manage the full transition of the current career site

Requirements:

• Must be located in Columbus, OH, and able to work a hybrid schedule (3-4 days onsite per week)
• Strong communication skills and experience working with vendors and internal technology or business teams
• Strong experience in the implementation of systems within career sites, applicant tracking systems, HR systems, or CRMs (iCIMS, Workday, SAP, Taleo, SmartRecruiters, or Kenexa)

Desired skills:

• iCIMS Implementation experience
