Shift: Full-Time:Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Part-Time:Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM

You'll Rock This Job If You:

• Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
• Strongcomputer skills and data entry accuracy
• Ability to multitask in afast-paced warehouse environment
• Strongcommunication and organizational skills
• Experience withwarehouse management systems or logistics operations is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with office staff and warehouse teams

Responsibilities

• Providecustomer service supportfor warehouse operations and client inquiries
• Processorders, shipping documents, and inventory updatesin warehouse systems
• Communicate with customers, drivers, and warehouse staff regarding shipments and order status
• Assist withwill-call orders and customer pickupswhen needed
• Maintain accuratedata entry and administrative records
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensureorders are processed and shipped on time
• Support general office and operational tasks as assigned
