We are currently looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager Senior Lead (m/w/d) to drive our FIS Securities Finance Trading & Collateral technology and services roadmap to the global Securities Finance & Collateral industry.

Working closely with the Product Development management to deliver on our mission to deliver future state cloud-native solution together with simplifying the integrations with open API's and provide seamless integrations.

About the role

As a Technical Product Manager Senior Lead, you are part of the FIS Securities Finance Trading and Collateral core development team. You will work closely with product management, customers and market providers to understand and analyze market requirements. You will take ownership of the requirements and think of strategies to fit them best into the existing software product. Part of your role will be to oversee the development process, together with Scrum BAs. You will also be overseeing the product documentation (User Manual/ Release Notes)

FIS Securities Finance Trading & Collateral is a market leader in delivering technology and services to the global Securities Finance & Collateral industry. The components of FIS' solution suite are designed to support the entire and complete value chain and processes of the Securities Finance and Collateral market. The global business has 200+ clients, both sell side and buy side institutions including Banks, Agent Lenders, Broker/Dealers and Asset Managers.

• Analyze requirements coming from market, customer base, support or product management

• Oversee Requirements Solutioning Process

• Oversee Requirements Development Process

• Maintain Repository of Knowledge

• Maintain Product Backlog

• Present Product Features to internal and external stakeholders

• Oversee the content of User Manual and Release Notes

• Support Sales and Pre-Sales

• Oversee product documentation

What you will need

Good understanding of capital markets in general, financial services/banking, Collateralized Products, Collateral Management business, Sec Lending& Repo Trading (including Agency Lending) in theory and practice

• Working experience in IT projects

• Working experience in writing specifications and documentation

• Very strong analytical skills

• Very strong conceptual skills

• Very good written and oral English

• Ability to break down and model complex business problems

• Team player

• Hands-on

• Willingness to learn

• Ready to own coaching role for development teams

• Quality driven

• Communicative (as we work in distributed (global) teams

• Knowledge of end-to-end systems development cycles

Bonus if you have

• Securities Finance Trading and Collateral lifecycle knowledge.

• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, APIs.
