We are on the lookout for an HR Administrative Assistant who's passionate about making a meaningful impact on our clients, our communities, and our team. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the Human Resources team to support the day-to-day operations of key HR functions. This role plays an important part in helping our HR team deliver a seamless and positive experience for employees and candidates alike. What You'll Do * Support the HR Team. Provide administrative support across a variety of Human Resources functions while maintaining HoganTaylor's core values and service standards. * Keep Things Organized. Manage calendars, monitor emails as requested, and ensure timely scheduling, follow-ups, and coordination of HR-related activities. * Coordinate Meaningful Moments. Assist in planning meetings, team gatherings, lunches, and offsite events by organizing logistics such as conference rooms, catering, and materials. * Plan and Arrange Travel. Coordinate travel logistics including flights, hotels, and transportation for HR team members and firm-related events. * Assist with Firm Initiatives. Help execute HR programs and initiatives such as the firm's Anniversary Program, Wellness Initiative, and other employee engagement efforts. * Support Internal Communications. Assist with formatting, proofreading, and maintaining HR documents and materials, including posting updates to the firm's intranet. * Maintain Records and Compliance. Support the organization and retention of personnel records while ensuring processes follow legal and compliance standards. * Analyze and Assist with Data. Provide support with data review, reporting, and document updates as requested. * Support Recruiting Efforts. Assist with recruiting logistics, interview scheduling, candidate records, and recruiting events. * Help Create a Great First Impression. Support onboarding processes, including new hire system entries, documentation coordination, and onboarding communications. * Contribute to HR Projects. Assist with a variety of HR projects that help improve processes and enhance the employee experience.
