The Creative Marketing Lead will create and manage in-house visual design and social media content to promote Emprise Bank's brand, products, and services. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and project management skills, with a primary goal of driving customer acquisition and cross-sell outcomes. A successful candidate will have:

Essential functions of the role: Campaign Management
- Campaign Planning: Partner with various lines of business to understand the product and desired business outcome, and lead the creation of marketing campaigns.
- Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across various paid, owned, and earned media channels as appropriate.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Creative Visual Design
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for websites, emails, promotional materials, print and digital ads, social media and events. Ensure content is aligned with brand voice and objectives.
- Visual Brand Management: Develop and design internal tools and templates to ensure brand consistency, including presentations, playbooks, and product/pricing guides. Leverage Digital Asset Management tools to enable self-service for stakeholders.
- Promotional Materials: Assist in creating videos, presentations, and other marketing collateral to support sales and product promotions.
- Brand Governance: Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all creative output and vendor-produced materials.
Social Media Management
- Strategy & Execution: Create and manage social media strategies for various platforms, understanding audience and voice for each. Schedule posts, engage with followers, and respond to inquiries timely, occasionally outside of normal business hours.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, including new platforms growing in popularity, to recommend and execute new content strategies to maximize engagement.
- Content Development: Create informative, brand-aligned content that supports customer understanding and business growth.
Additional Responsibilities
- Digital Support: Assist with website efforts including regularly reviewing and updating appearance and content.
- Brand Monitoring: Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, including social media, mobile app reviews, and customer surveys.

Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in creative marketing
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Understanding of graphic design principles
