Position Overview:

Woolpert is hiring an HR Generalist to join our dynamic HR team with a focus on Global Mobility & Immigration.

This role will support a range of HR initiatives with primary focus on those related to Woolpert's global mobility and immigration programs, including defining and implementing processes and policies. Acts as liaison between the business and external counsel and vendors to ensure timely and accurate coordination and communication. Serves as the primary point of contact for foreign national employees, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to ensure a seamless, compliant, and high-quality experience for all parties. Collaborates with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and HR teams to ensure program success and efficiency. This position will also support other general HR duties within the HR Operations Team.

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

What You Will Do:



  • Immigration:

    • SupportWoolpert'sglobal immigration program, including partnering withvariousimmigration firmson all visa/work permit processing and tracking, while ensuring compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
    • Manage andmaintainrelationships with external immigration firms.
    • Identifyand drive opportunities to streamline processes, enhancethe employeeexperience, and strengthen vendor partnerships as the program scales globally.
    • Monitorchanges in immigration laws, regulations, and government guidance.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of U.S. and global immigration policies, including USCIS, DOL, and DHS updates, and translate legal developments into actionable process improvements.
    • Work with HRBPs to ensurethat sponsorship decisions support business needs whilemaintainingcompliance.
    • Provide guidance toemployees, HRBPs,and managerson immigration-related matters, including work authorization requirements for international business travel.
    • Communicate policy updatesandgovernment or procedural changes clearly and effectively.


  • Relocation:

    • SupportWoolpert's relocation program, includingmaintainingastrong working relationship with relocation management vendor, and overseeingend-to-end process of domestic and international assignments and relocations.
    • Serveas the primary internal point of contact for employees, managers, and HRBPs.
    • Provideclear guidance and support to employees and managers on global mobility policies, processes, and requirements, balancing compliance with employee experience.
    • Identifyand drive opportunities to streamline processes, enhancethe employeeexperience, and strengthen vendor partnerships as the program scales globally.
    • Track and managerelocationdata, reporting,maintainingaccuracy, timeliness, and visibility for stakeholders.


  • OtherHRSupport :

    • Provides support across various HR functions as needed, particularly during peak workload periods or time sensitive projects.




What You Will Bring:



  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or applicable field preferred, but not required.
  • 2+ years of general HR experience
  • Knowledge of standard HR processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external vendors and internal stakeholders across all organizational levels, diverse geographies, and cultural backgrounds.
  • Experience supportingglobal mobilityand immigration programs for a multi-national companypreferred.
  • Experience workingdirectlywith in-house counsel, external immigration counsel, andrelocationvendorspreferred.
  • Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) and/or Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) from Worldwide ERCpreferred
  • Knowledge ofglobal mobility (relocation) and immigration (H-1B, PERM, etc.)processes.
