NTX Service Tool Coordinator I

The NTX Service Tool Coordinator I, supports service partners by managing, inspecting, and maintaining all tools, trucks, and trailers to ensure they are safe, functional, and ready for daily use. This role is responsible for tracking equipment usage, documenting repairs, and keeping digital records updated through required apps. The

• Inspect, maintain, and track tools, trucks, and trailers to ensure proper operation and readiness.
• Document equipment usage, repairs, and maintenance activities using required digital apps.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard and tool crib environment.
• Provide customer service support to service partners by responding to tool and equipment needs promptly and professionally.
• Communicate clearly about equipment status, repairs, and availability.
• Coordinate equipment movement or transfers between Dallas and Fort Worth sites when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and report missing, damaged, or unsafe equipment.

Assist with general yard operations and special projects as assigned

• Ability to inspect and identify issues with tools, trucks, and trailers.
• Proficiency with mobile apps or digital systems used for tracking repairs and equipment usage.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly yard and tool crib.
• Customer service skills, including clear communication, patience, and a problemsolving mindset.
• Ability to work at both Dallas and Fort Worth locations as needed.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment.
• Dependable work habits with attention to detail and followthrough.
