Job Overview

As a Shipping Clerk, you will ensure the accurate preparation and movement of outgoing shipments from our facility. This includes picking and staging orders, verifying shipment accuracy, preparing documentation, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining shipping records.

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in warehouse or logistics operations - no experience is required, and full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, package, and stage outgoing shipments according to customer requirements and internal procedures.
  
  
• Verify accuracy of shipments, ensuring correct items, quantities, and documentation.
  
  
• Create shipping labels, bills of lading, packing slips, and other required paperwork.
  
  
• Coordinate pickup scheduling and carrier communication as needed.
  
  
• Load trucks using forklifts or other material handling equipment (training provided).
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area.
  
  
• Communicate with production, planning, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  
  
• Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  
  
• Follow all company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• No prior experience required - we will train you.
  
  
• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn inventory/ERP systems.
  
  
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
  
• Ability to learn and safely operate forklifts/material?handling equipment (certification provided).

Preferences

• Previous shipping or warehouse experience (preferred, not required).
  
  
• Forklift experience or certification (preferred; training available).

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or 5S principles.
  
  

Travel & Work Arrangements

• Onsite position based in Tulsa, OK.
  
  
• No travel required.
  
  
• Must be able to work extended hours as required by management.
