KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

1. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of five (5) years experience in perioperative nursing, with at least two (2) years supervisory, managerial, or other responsible nursing experience; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

1. Excellent written and oral communications skills.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES PREFERRED

1. Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration from an accredited college or university.

1. Two (2) years clinical experience in Pre-Op, PACU or ERU.

1. ACLS or specialty certification.
