About the Position:
The mission of the Engineering Operations and Continuous Improvement team is to create, maintain and enhance the environment in which our Engineering team develops products. As the information analyst, you will be asked to develop an understanding of our processes, tools and metrics and become the point of contact for all key stakeholders on matters regarding them, as well as fostering trust in those among the Engineering organization.

Responsibilities to Anticipate/Expect:
  • Continuously learn and improve on your understanding of our engineering environment
  • Contribute to and eventually run the setup of certain tools, metrics and processes on new programs as they become relevant
  • Participate in and/or lead discussions up to an executive level
  • Act as the point of contact for all questions surrounding metrics and our toolsets
  • Document processes and update documentation as needed
  • Analyze and explain the stories our metrics are telling us


Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 10+ years of professional experiencein a relevant role
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and fostering a positive work dynamic
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
  • Exceptional data literacy, with a strong aptitude for understanding, interpreting, and utilizing data to inform decisions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis desired
  • Experience with Power BIor similar data visualization tools as an end-user capacity is desired

Additional Information:

  • Candidate may need to travel to other sites on rare occasions
  • This position will require eligibility to obtain a US security clearance.
