Employee Experience Intern (Tailgate Platform Support)

Position Overview

The Employee Experience Intern will support the activation, administration, and ongoing success of the Tailgate employee engagement platform. This role offers hands-on experience in employee communications, digital workplace tools, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will work closely with Employee Experience team and HR partners to enhance platform adoption, content quality, and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide onsite platform activation and login support, including travel to various U.S. locations to assist with Tailgate activation efforts and on-site troubleshooting.

* Assist with the creation and maintenance of Tailgate District spaces

* Support and participate in Tailgate admin training sessions

* Identify, curate, and repost high-quality content across the platform to drive engagement and adoption

* Create surveys within the platform and analyze results to generate insights and recommendations

* Assist the HR Executive Assistant with inventory organization and administrative support tasks as needed

Required Qualifications (Must Haves)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required due to frequent interaction with a diverse employee population

* Creative thinker with the ability to generate engaging ideas and content

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Confidence and professionalism when speaking to both small and large groups

* Travel up to 75% of summer internship to our sites across the US (must have active travel documents

* Willingness to learn new systems and adapt in a fast-paced environment

* Interest in employee experience, communications, HR technology, or digital platforms is a plus

This is a paid internship at $18/hr.
