Position Title: Customer Service Representative Wage: $18.00 - $23.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 07:00 AM - 03:30 PM We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will initially focus heavily on invoicing, including handling a high volume of manual billing tasks, while also providing excellent support to customers. The ideal candidate is organized, computer literate, and comfortable working with multiple software systems. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: - Process and manage customer invoices, including manual billing tasks - Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all invoicing activities - Communicate with customers regarding billing questions, account information, and general inquiries - Provide professional and courteous customer service via phone and email - Maintain accurate records and documentation - Utilize company software systems including Batch Master, QuickBooks, and SAT program - Assist with resolving billing discrepancies and customer concerns - Support other administrative or customer service tasks as needed Requirements For Customer Service Representative: - Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems - Experience with invoicing or accounting support is a plus - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Office-based role with regular computer use - Collaborative team environment Racine@qpsemployment.com IND012 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
