Position Title: Clamp Forklift Truck Operator

Salary: $41,600/year

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Hours: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am

We are seeking an experienced and safety-driven Clamp Truck Forklift Operator to support warehouse and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for safely transporting large paper rolls, corrugated materials, and finished goods using a clamp truck attachment while maintaining product integrity and production flow. The ideal candidate has prior clamp truck experience and understands how to handle sensitive materials without causing damage. This is a direct hire role for a company in Oak Creek, WI.

Clamp Forklift Truck Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operate clamp truck forklift to move paper rolls, corrugated sheets, and finished product

- Load and unload semi-trailers safely and efficiently

- Supply production lines with raw materials to prevent downtime

- Stage finished goods according to shipping schedules

- Adjust clamp pressure appropriately to prevent product damage

- Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and report mechanical issues

- Maintain accurate material tracking and inventory documentation

- Follow all OSHA and company safety policies

- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas

- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Clamp Forklift Truck Operator Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of clamp truck forklift experience required

- Experience in corrugated, paper, packaging, or manufacturing environment preferred

- Ability to safely handle large, high-value paper rolls without damage

- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary

- Frequent sitting, twisting, turning, and reaching

- Ability to work in industrial manufacturing environment

- Comfortable working overtime and varied shifts
