QPS Employment Group is hiring for an Account Manager to join our Next Level Technician division in Texas. This person is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating technician placements, and ensuring open job orders are successfully filled. This role works closely with recruiting to move candidates through the hiring process while maintaining strong communication with clients. What You'll Be Doing:
Relationship building with project and hiring managers
Manage open job orders and collaborate with recruiting teams to move candidates through the hiring process
Coordinate interviews
Relationship building with contractors and industry contacts within assigned territories
Support business development efforts
What We Look For:
Experience in low-voltage, staffing, recruiting, account management, or sales is strongly preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Valid drivers license required
