We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring for technical roles within our Federal team. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified IT professionals to support federal government contracts. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit candidates for IT and technical roles supporting federal programs. Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, qualifications, and eligibility requirements. Manage the recruiting process from candidate identification through offer stage. Maintain candidate pipelines for high-demand technical roles. Post and manage job listings across job boards and sourcing platforms. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting. Experience sourcing candidates for technical roles. Familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or Dice. Strong communication and candidate engagement skills. Experience supporting government or federal contract recruiting is a plus.
