Environmental Services Technician-Lead (Non-Exempt)

Minimum Qualifications:
Experience: Prior work experience following written and verbal instructions. Previous experience with performing manual tasks. Prior experience working with the public; customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: One year in a leadership role working with groups of at least five members. Prior environmental services experience.

Certification: Ability to acquire a chauffeur's license within 90 days.
License: Valid current driver's license; obtain a chauffeur's license within 90 days of employment.

Physical Requirements:
* Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly.
* Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
* Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.
