Responsibilities

The Director, FP&A will report directly to the CFO and take an active financial leadership role across OHH with broad interactions across all levels and functions of the organization. The overarching responsibilities will be to promote the use of data and information to enable decision making processes and taking an active role to develop OHH's tools and resources to further enhance this capability across the organization. The consultative nature of the role requires an understanding of strategy, operations and finance and the ability to translate between the disciplines to ensure the most informed outcomes. Areas of significant involvement likely include:

  • Business/Financial Planning
  • Operating and Capital Budgets
  • Decision Support / Cost Accounting
  • Revenue Cycle Performance
  • Banking relationships to include debt and investment portfolios

Qualifications

Education: Master of Business Administration or Healthcare Administration or similar

Experience: 8 years of relevant healthcare industry experience including experience conducting complex analysis/financial modeling to support healthcare provider

Working Knowledge: Knowledge of the principles and practices of health planning and management sufficient to manage, direct and coordinate the operation of a major health care organization.
