Material Handler Location: Itasca, IL Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Schedule: Must work over time as required for business needs 26-02169 Job Summary The Material Handler II is responsible for managing inventory and ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time to support manufacturing and assembly operations. This role requires physical material handling, ERP system usage, and adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The position may include handling chemicals with proper training and requires collaboration within a cross-functional team. Job Responsibilities Perform material movements both physically and within the ERP system Generate work orders and process work order receipts in the ERP system Conduct cycle counting and inventory verification as required Assist in coordinating and maintaining the flow of materials through manufacturing and assembly Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Handle chemicals in designated areas following proper training and safety procedures Work overtime as required to support business needs Support company initiatives aligned with Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements Comply with FDA regulations, other regulatory requirements, and company policies and procedures Maintain positive communication and collaboration with employees, customers, contractors, and vendors Perform additional duties as assigned Job Requirements Must reside within 20 miles of Itasca, IL Ability to perform occasional strenuous physical labor Comfortable working in a regulated environment Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment Willingness to work overtime as required Basic computer skills for ERP system usage Work Experience Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred Experience in a regulated environment preferred #ZR
