Scope: Applicable for North America RBU, Data & AI business lines Role Definition / Summary - Orchestrate AI delivery across multiple Industries ensuring client commitments. - Operations Management: Ensure High Quality.

The AI Architect is responsible for orchestrating and managing the end-to-end delivery of AI and Data initiatives across multiple industries in the North American market. This role ensures that client commitments are met with high quality, efficiency, and adherence to organizational standards. The individual will work closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to successfully deliver AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI Delivery Management:
  Lead and coordinate the delivery of AI and Data projects across multiple industry sectors, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• Operations Management:
  Oversee operational execution to ensure high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and efficient resource utilization.
• Client Engagement:
  Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful implementation of AI solutions.
• Program Governance:
  Establish and maintain delivery governance frameworks, track project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work closely with data scientists, AI engineers, platform teams, and business leaders to drive seamless execution of AI initiatives.
• Quality Assurance:
  Ensure that all AI solutions meet defined quality benchmarks, performance standards, and business outcomes.
• Performance & Metrics Tracking:
  Monitor delivery KPIs, operational metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Provide regular updates to internal leadership and clients on delivery status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in AI/ML and Data project delivery management.
• Experience managing large-scale AI programs across multiple industries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
• Strong background in operations management, program governance, and delivery excellence.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams.
