Fabricator- Temp to Hire

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Produce components and finished goods utilizing hand tools, table saws, upright mills, routers, and other forms of manufacturing equipment.

* Accurately fill out production records to submit to the supervisor for work completed.

* Identify and suggest process improvements to increase throughput or quality of product.

* Self-monitor quality on an ongoing basis utilizing drawings or samples. Bring to the attention of your supervisor any variances to drawings or samples.

* Bring to the attention of the supervisor any repair problems with any of the fabrication equipment.

* Assist in the training of other fabrication employees to ensure coverage in your area.

* Perform all duties with the utmost of Safety in mind. Be an active participant in all company safety objectives.

* Other duties as regularly assigned. Education and Experience

* High school diploma required.

* Experience in the proper use of manufacturing equipment and tools. i.e.: CNC, panel saw, end mill, compound miter saw, air compressor, hand-held routers, circular saws, drills, etc. strongly desired.
