About this Role - Quality Assurance Coordinator We are looking for a talented Quality Assurance Coordinator who has a passion for quality construction. This position will play a key part in advancing the quality culture across our company. You will partner closely with field teams, project leadership, and customers to ensure our Quality Management System (QMS) is implemented effectively and consistently. What You'll Do - Develop, review, refine standardized forms, checklists, and documentation used for testing and inspection activities. - Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of MJE's web based, company wide Quality Inspection System. - Support the creation, implementation, and auditing of QA/QC policies, procedures, and best practices. - Train, mentor, and guide field leadership in preparing project quality plans and executing Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs) according to company standards. - Assist with QMS related operations training to strengthen quality knowledge and field execution. - Build strong working relationships with field teams to improve communication and drive adoption of quality processes. - Promote high standards of field craftsmanship across all projects. - Conduct project site assessments to evaluate compliance with quality requirements. - Recommend and support Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to improve processes and performance. - Perform inspection analyses to verify that both company and customer quality expectations are consistently met. - Assist in identifying root causes of quality issues and help develop effective corrective actions. - Work closely with customers, quality representatives, project managers, and field personnel to resolve quality related challenges. - Support communication and execution of the company's Strategic Plan, Mission, and Quality Policy across all levels of operations. What You'll Bring - Knowledge and experience of a wide range of construction processes, procedures, safety, and quality requirements - Ability to collect and assemble data for the development of process improvement - Ability to communicate and effectively relate with operations - Knowledge of Quality Management Systems - Willingness to travel and work from jobsites, approximately 80% - Strong PC skills and software proficiency - Bachelor's or Associates degree, or Journeyman Electrician/Wireman Certification.
