Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Kennesaw, GA. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role provides a broad range of technical support for project work in the Fiduciary Solutions Technology team, with an emphasis on the Private Bank Philanthropic and Specialty Asset Management space. The individual will be responsible for understanding business requirements and acting as a key conduit between business, operations, and technical partners to ensure all deliverables are met according to the agreed-upon timeline. Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external development teams on analysis and design Support coordination of system and user acceptance testing, production validation, and release Ensure vendor platforms adhere to bank application governance standards Support problem and incident handling, analysis, and resolution Effectively translate requirements into stories for developers Follow up on any outstanding questions requiring clarification Coordinate and/or create test plans, scripts, and execute systems integrated testing Lead and facilitate large scale meetings, keep minutes, and document risks Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Self-starter with demonstrated ability working with business, operations, and technology teams Must be able to multi-task and support time-sensitive, deadline-driven deliverables Practical experience with manual functional and regression testing Experience with JIRA, story writing, and familiarity with Agile methodology Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic understanding of fiduciary trust, tax, and/or philanthropic business Basic understanding of application security control standards (identity and access management, ethical hack penetration testing, disaster recovery) Knowledge of SDLC, requirement analysis, and requirements gathering Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
