About the Role

The Senior Wealth Specialist provides advanced administrative and client support to Portfolio Management, Investment, Trust, and Wealth teams. This role handles account onboarding, maintenance, reporting, and fiduciary support while partnering closely with internal teams and clients. You will support investment and trust administration, help prepare materials for new opportunities, and play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience. Success depends on strong organization, deep financial knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment.

What You'll Do



  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries across fiduciary, trust, and investment needs.
  • Support account onboarding and maintenance in partnership with Trust Support and Operations.
  • Assist portfolio managers and trust officers with investment reviews, IPS requirements, trades, money movement, and estate/trust administration.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and materials for new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with internal and external advisors to enhance collaboration.
  • Maintain expertise in internal systems while tracking deadlines, exceptions, and process improvements.
  • Support onboarding and mentoring of new associates while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.



What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience in the financial industry required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; exceptional Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Basic understanding of trust accounting and fiduciary responsibilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and respond to urgent needs professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions within assigned responsibilities.
  • CRM experience preferred.
