These are the qualifications that matter.

• Minimum 5 years of professional production woodworking or cabinetmaking experience
• Proven ability to work independently from drawings to final assembly
• Experience with cabinet construction, millwork fabrication, and woodworking tools
• Strong knowledge of measuring, layout techniques, and woodworking materials
• Ability to maintain precision, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and technical specifications
• Perform layout, measuring, cutting, and assembly of custom cabinetry and wood components
• Operate woodworking equipment such as table saws, routers, sanders, and other shop machinery
• Fabricate and assemble custom cabinets, fixtures, millwork, and wood products
• Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and accuracy in all finished products
• Inspect materials and finished components to ensure specification compliance and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe woodworking shop environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production timelines and project requirements
