Here's what you'd do: Generate pick and place programs for SMT Machines Create and/or modify component profiles for SMT and AOI equipment Create / Maintain SMT assembly folders Generate inspection programs for AOI machine Develop and maintain reflow oven profiles Maintain Stencil inventory Maintain consumable items (solder paste, adhesive, gloves, wipes) Provide technical support to machine operators Support efforts to meet goals with Production Operators, Engineers, Design, and Management Perform other direct and in-direct tasks as required Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards Perform other duties as assigned or necessary to meet business conditions or changes Must know Fuji programming (Nexim or Flex) Here's what you'll get: Pay: $ 21 - $23 / hr. Hours: 40 hrs/Week. Minimum 3 years of experience in FUJI Programming software. Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems. Preferred skills: Bachelor's Degree in Technical Minimum 3 years of experience programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting Surface Mount equipment. Understanding of IPC-A-610, Class 3 workmanship standards. Good communication skills, both verbally and in writing. AOI Programming. Must be able to read and understand the Bill of Materials and Assembly drawings. Good mechanical skills. Capable of manufacturing assembly fixtures. Familiar with MS Office.
