About the Role

Canon U.S.A., Inc. in Jamesburg, NJ is seeking a Distribution Center Coordinator III (Coordinator, Dist Center III). This role provides the administrative infrastructure required to support seven Distribution Centers across the network. This role is responsible for foundational tasks including managing system access, procuring warehouse supplies/equipment, and supporting the 3PLs with Canon Vendor Coordination. While the position has access to general support within the regional office, the role reports to the Senior Manager of the Logistics, Distribution Network Department at Headquarters. This distance requires a dependable professional who can manage a high volume of requests across three different 3PL vendors and execute complex workflows with a high degree of autonomy.

This position requires full-time presence at your assigned office(s)/worksite(s)/territory.


Your Impact

Network Administration
- User & Item Maintenance: Acts as the primary point of contact for S21/WMS User ID setup, permissions, and item setup across seven DCs
- Records & Documentation: Responsible for records management, Disposal documentation and SOX Control
- Reporting & Analysis: Compiles data from various sources to prepare reports, statistical charts, and presentations
- Identifies trends in expenses or operations and makes improvement recommendations to management
Procurement & Financial Support
- Requisition Management: Executes requisitions and batch entry for warehouse supplies, pallets, and equipment, managing approximately $4.5 million in annual spend
- Invoice Audit: Reviews freight bills and vendor invoices for exceptions; approves or forwards to the appropriate party
Inbound & Outbound Operational Support
- Logistics Coordination: Performs support activities including order closing, carrier appointment scheduling, routing coordination, and driver check-in/seal management
- Disposition & Issue Resolution: Manages the administrative workflow for inventory disposals, damaged freight, and product refurbishment movements
- Processes shipping order cancellations and requests for freight expense quotes
- Customer Service: Responds to customer service inquiries as needed


About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

- Typically requires general and/or vocational training plus 2 to 4 years of related experience
- MS Office and or Google Workspaceexperience
- Basic MS Excel is required
- Both verbal and written communications skills are a must
- Oracle is a plus
- Administrative and/or Financial experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs is required

We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $20.54 - $30.75 hourly
