| Position Purpose |
To manage, oversee and coordinate all administrative functions of the departments of
Classical Studies and
East European, Eurasian, and Russian Studies, including prioritization of multiple activities. To advise and support the Chair and faculty on programmatic and administrative matters, ensuring efficient, accurate and timely operations and sound fiscal management. |

Assists chair with teaching course schedule, coordinates cross-listing of courses, communicates requirements to students, tracks majors and minors, acts as liaison for departments with Registrar's Office. Facilitates facilities matters such as lab renovations and building improvements as well as general maintenance issues and upkeep, office space assignments and access issues. |
