This role serves as a central partner to faculty across career stages-proactively identifying high-impact opportunities, translating complex award criteria into clear guidance, and providing comprehensive, hands-on support throughout the nomination and application process. By aligning faculty strengths with competitive recognition pathways, this position directly contributes to elevating institutional visibility and academic distinction. The successful candidate will build and manage systems to track opportunities, nominations, and outcomes; coordinate limited-submission processes; and collaborate closely with colleges, departments, and research support units to ensure timely and competitive submissions. Through data-informed strategy, resource development, and continuous improvement, this role strengthens a culture of recognition and achievement-positioning Embry-Riddle faculty for success on a global stage.
