The Director Supply Chain Analytics is accountable for leading a team that drives data-driven culture and be accountable for the end-to-end strategy and delivery of descriptive and predictive analytics for Sourcing & Supply Chain. Provide incredible analytics support and end-user experiences to the business operation leaders whilst operating at a strategic level to build planning and budget cycles and facilitate business engagement. Deliver intuitive communication that provides simple insights into complex problems to Executives. Beyond the technology, the Director will develop and demonstrate leadership skills to create an effective and high-functioning team that is critical to our function's mission. This role also involves close collaboration with the IT, functional, and business operations leaders and peers to deliver on breakthrough ideas across the analytics organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES




  • Vendor Rebates


    • Support analysis and monthly / annual reconciliation process
    • Developing KPI"s and performance metrics as it relates to vendor rebates
    • Responsible for developing monthly forecasting process in collaboration with sourcing and category leads
    • Works closely with rebate analyst in ensuring collections and accruals are timely and accurate
    • Provide input into contract development and tracking


  • Initiative & Productivity Tracking (Analysis & Reporting Support)


    • Productivity estimates, actuals & validation (or other benefit), tracking and report out
    • Supports Page McCarthy in gathering data and report out
    • Supports ancillary reporting for:


      • Monthly productivity actuals against targets
      • SMO productivity report out and steerco notes
      • MOR call data
      • Supply Chain steerco data
      • Board letter and Supply Chain Board presentation data



  • Partner with the Supply Chain and Procurement business operation leaders to determine opportunities where data can drive revenue growth, operational efficiencies, and customer value.
  • Ability to create a culture of innovation, speed, and agility and bring breakthrough ideas to our business partners. Create and maintain strategic data/analytics roadmaps that are aligned to the functionals objectives on revenue, cost, working capital, and customer goals
  • Strategically look for ways to improve leverage and drive value out of analytics investments
  • Partner with and support EVP in Monthly Operating Review, Steer Co and Board report outs.
  • Support the build out and IT infrastructure needed for Supply Chain and Sourcing KPI's. Working closely with Senior Manager of Analytics, ensure team has data infrastructure and tool set needed for accurate and timely analysis.
  • Assist the Supply Chain leadership team on continuous improvement efforts including supporting business case development and initiative tracking


SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supervises assigned employees including staff selection and training; planning, assigning and directing work; conducting performance reviews; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.




  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
  • Ten (10) years related experience
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of material management and procurement function for category
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to execute plans/projects through others
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and analyze trends
  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program
