Position Summary:

This position performs various warehouse tasks and duties. Load and unload all incoming and outgoing freight Perform cycle counts daily. Assist processing /receiving of hot parts needed on the floor. Assist processing and shipping of urgent customer shipments. Process backorder shipments for shipping 6. Consolidating freight within the warehouse. Assist warehouse picking for production.

As a Warehouse Associate at Terex/CBI, based in Newton, NH, you'll play a pivotal role. Below is a brief description of role responsibilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the shipping department as needed pulling, packaging parts/processing orders
  • Unload freight being delivered
  • Load freight shipping to customers
  • Assist the receiving department as needed using ERP system and putting freight away.
  • Move materials through facility with the use of material handling equipment (i.e. forklift, reach truck, order picker)
  • Stacks skids or pallets in designated areas
  • Clean up and dispose of scrap bracing, cardboard, and strapping, etc
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Complete routine paperwork to properly document work performed
  • Conduct daily inventory cycle counts
  • Parts and pick ticket quality inspections
  • Process returned materials from customers/vendors (RMA)
  • Perform inventory transfers to consolidate freight within the warehouse
  • Dispose of Excess and Obsolete parts
  • Comply with standard safety operations and procedures
  • Keep warehouse shelves / racking neat and organized
  • Loading, Unloading trucks
  • Cycle Counts
  • Shipping
  • Receiving
  • Consolidating freight
  • Picking Jobs for the floor
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Forklift experience
  • Ability to multitask different job tasks at once
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Computer knowledge
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
