Senior Team Leader

The work model for the role is: Ormond Beach, Florida

Your role and responsibilities:

• PFEP Mentorship - Coach Team Leaders on Plan for Every Person methodology and continuous development
• PFEP Assessments - Conduct competency evaluations of Team Leader staff and identify development gaps
• PFEP Onboarding - Develop & execute a structured onboarding programs for new Team Leaders
• Develop Team Leaders to recognize & implement cost savings

Qualifications for the role:

• 5~8 years manufacturing or operations experience
• Previous leadership, training, or mentoring experience
• Extensive knowledge of lean manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement tools, & MS Suite (Teams, Abby, Project, etc...)
• Strong coaching and communication skills
