Assist in the on-site construction and assembly of hunting blinds. This role is responsible for ensuring that all blinds are built safely, accurately and according to company specifications and quality standards. This role is important in supporting production operations by maintaining efficiency, identifying discrepancies, and helping to ensure that finished products meet company expectations. Obtains merchandise from bins or shelves and ensures the completeness and correctness of all orders filled. May operate materials handling equipment. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A01-Entry : Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. May require 0-1 year of general work experience. Job Requirements
A high school diploma, GED, or other comparable completion certificate. The capacity for simple math. The capacity to read, evaluate, and interpret generalproceduresand specification sheets. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a production environment. Assemble and construct hunting blinds Ensure all blinds are built safely, accurately and completely according to production requirements. Assemble, and secure blind components during the building process while maintaining quality workmanship. Inspect materials and components before and after assembly to ensure quality. Essential Job Function
The employee must be able to lift or move over 60 pounds regularly and stand for up to ten hours a day. The individual mustcooperatein daily workflow decisions andperformroutine activitiesin differingdepartmentsas necessary. The capacity to interact and communicate with coworkers and the boss in an effective manner. Experience working with Microsoft OS and the 365 platform, as well as some iOS experience and the ability tointerfacehandheld scanning devices to both. The work environment is typical of an unacclimatized warehouse, with air temperature fluctuating with the weather.
