Reinsurance Operations Specialist - GRiDS This is a remote role that can be performed from anywhere within the continental US, with a preference for candidates in the Central, Eastern or Mountain timezones. About GRiDS & the BEO Team GRiDS is an internal suite of applications used by Aon's Risk Capital business segment for the endtoend processing of reinsurance placements. The Business Entity Operations (BEO) team partners with global business units across Aon to create and maintain entities in GRiDS and to ensure that all placements meet internal and external compliance requirements. What the day will look like The Reinsurance Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining accurate and compliant entity data within GRiDS and associated systems. The role combines strong functional knowledge of entity maintenance, an understanding of regulatory and market security requirements, and the ability to support process and system improvements. The role holder acts as a key point of contact and emerging Subject Matter Expert (SME) for entity structures, client and market codes, and related applications, while also providing reporting, analysis, and operational support to brokers, Finance, Tax, Treasury, and senior stakeholders. The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $80,000 to $90,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
