Summary of Job Description: The Senior Workplace/Litigation Paralegal provides legal support to the Workplace Legal team, which handles all employment-related advice and counsel and compliance, and the Workplace Legal Litigation team in the areas of litigation, disputes, government investigations/audits, settlements, employment and labor issues, and policies and procedures related to workplace compliance issues.This position performs a variety of paralegal work, including but not limited to: tracking data; managing professional fees and yearly budget; coordinating summaries of the Workplace Legal team's activities related to all litigation/disputes for reporting to the General Counsel, Senior Team or the Board; drafting and/or reviewing settlement agreements, company policies and other legal documents; following up on potential litigation; and conducting legal research, under the supervision of an attorney.The Senior Workplace/Litigation Paralegal supports other departments on minor legal issues.
