Job # MAP25419 Job Title Warehouse Supervisor Office Location Katy, TX Business Function/Department Power Electronics Systems/Production Sales Territory, if applicable N/A General Role Description Supervise warehouse operations to ensure efficient processes, compliance, and team productivity Role Accountabilities - Ensure compliance with warehouse policies and procedures to maintain operational standards - Identify opportunities for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency, as approved - Direct, train and develop warehouse personnel to maintain a skilled, effective, and safety-focused team - Maintain warehouse safety and adherence to Environmental Health and Safety standards - Supervise the receiving, stocking and shipment of parts and equipment, ensuring accurate and timely reporting into Oracle EBS (including spares) - Ensure FIFO compliance to maintain product integrity and proper inventory flow - Supervise the marshaling of parts, ensuring accuracy to work orders - Supervise the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials to other Business Units and 3rd party warehouses - Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure all shipping, receiving, and documentation requirements are completed correctly - Maintain inventory accuracy by participating in and validating cycle counts and supporting physical inventory counts - Report warehouse equipment failures or inconsistencies to management General Employee Accountabilities - Bring full effort to bear on tasks assigned by manager - Give manager best advice - Give earliest notice when work cannot be delivered as specified - High school diploma or equivalent - 2 years' experience in a supervisory or lead role - Demonstrated knowledge of warehouse systems - Ability to operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and company box trucks - Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 lbs - Valid driver's license - Strong problem-solving skills - Demonstrated success leading teams to accomplish business goals - Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts - Demonstrated successful and positive personal leadership, interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and communication skills - Demonstrated continuous improvement in areas of responsibility - Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook - Availability to travel, domestically and internationally, up to 5%, sometimes with limited notice Preferred Qualifications - 4 years' experience in a supervisory or Lead role - Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Visio -
