The Role
We're looking for an Associate Brand Manager who is passionate about consumer products, brand strategy, and product innovation. In this role, you'll help shape global product strategies and bring new ideas to market by partnering with cross-functional teams across product development, insights, design, and commercial teams.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys blending data, creativity, and strategy to build compelling products and brand experiences.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll contribute to both global brand strategy and product development, supporting initiatives from early concept through launch.
Your day-to-day may include:


  • Supporting the development of global product strategies and line plans, from early concept through market launch.

  • Using consumer, category, and cultural insights to inform product innovation and portfolio decisions.

  • Analyzing market, category, and competitive trends to identify whitespace opportunities and growth ideas.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional partners including product development, insights, design, engineering, finance, and legal to move ideas forward efficiently.

  • Helping shape go-to-market strategy, aligning product positioning, storytelling, and brand intent across regions.

  • Supporting U.S. market execution, including line planning, forecasting, and sales collaboration to ensure product strategies translate to strong in-market performance.

  • Partnering with regional and commercial teams to understand local market needs and retail dynamics.

  • Maintaining development systems, forecasting tools, and project documentation to ensure accurate timelines and financial inputs.

  • Building clear presentations and storytelling materials that bring product strategies and insights to life.

  • Keeping teams aligned through clear communication of priorities, progress, and decisions.


What You'll Bring


  • 3+ years of experience in brand management, product strategy, consumer goods, marketing, or a related field.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Strategy, or a related discipline (MBA a plus).

  • Experience supporting product development processes, line planning, forecasting, and sales collaboration.

  • Comfort working with data and insights, translating quantitative and qualitative inputs into actionable recommendations.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Interest in consumer behavior, product development, and portfolio strategy.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience or curiosity around AI-powered tools that enhance analysis, productivity, and creative problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Ability to adapt and work across multiple brands, categories, and development stages.

Work Environment
This role follows a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite per week at our office located in Pawtucket.
