Job Description

Adobe Services Delivery is building deep and impactful partnerships with customers by investing our best thinking and resources to offer prescriptive, differentiated tools and thought leadership that help customers navigate and accelerate their digital trajectories.

Digital Strategists own the development and delivery of original, inspiring, and thoughtprovoking workshops and strategic engagements that help customers chart their digital transformation journeys and feel confident taking the next steps-particularly in largescale, enterprise digital marketing environments leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud.

Workshop & Thought Leadership Development
  • Accountable for the development of workshops that foster crossfunctional partnerships and create practical roadmaps to help customers mature and transform their digital capabilities. Workshop materials include original assets designed to spark customer imagination and drive action on the vision established during the engagement. Deliverables may include POVs, strategy tools and methodologies, maturity models, and repeatable, hypothesisdriven frameworks.
  • Expand existing repeatable, industryspecific workshops into new industries, including associated data harvesting, analysis, collateral creation, and deliverable production.
  • Harvest insights from workshops to understand evolving customer needs and ensure offerings and prescriptive frameworks remain compelling, relevant, and up to date.
  • Author original thought leadership and compelling proposals on emerging or relevant digital themes to attract customers and drive new opportunities. Thought leadership may include proposals, frameworks, white papers, blogs, videos, and other media to support brand awareness, workshop adoption, and new business development.
Workshop & Thought Leadership Execution
  • Spearhead and own the delivery of highquality, consultative workshops with strong executive presence.
  • Engage Csuite and senior executive audiences through compelling storytelling that drives action and organizational change.
  • Lead customers to strategic solutions that address complex business challenges using prescriptive methodologies, tools, frameworks, and highquality roadmaps.
  • Apply a crossdiscipline, entrepreneurial perspective, seamlessly adapting across topics and conversations to guide customers toward actionable outcomes.
  • Surface and drive new opportunities for Adobe Strategy and Readiness Services offerings.
Operations Management & Marketing
  • Track and monitor workshop and solution progress throughout the delivery lifecycle-from initial POVs to workshop execution, asset development, and final readouts.
  • Harvest and track insights and attributable operational outcomes to support reporting and growth.
  • Assist in the production of weekly customer impact newsletters.
  • Engage ecosystem stakeholders to promote workshops internally and externally, building a sustainable pipeline of customer participation.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Past experience in a consultative strategy role, leading or supporting largescale enterprise digital marketing transformations using Adobe Digital Experience Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience delivering strategy and implementation services involving three or more of the following Adobe Experience Cloud solutions:
    • Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics
    • Adobe Journey Optimizer or Adobe Campaign
    • Adobe RealTime CDP or Audience Manager
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
    • Adobe Target
    • Adobe Experience Platform
    • GenStudio
  • Proven experience acting as a trusted advisor driving digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience crafting digital or marketing strategies, with a strong understanding of the technologies and operating models required to activate them.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage both senior business leaders and technical stakeholders.
  • A forwardthinking, selfstarting, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create organic demand.
  • Creative problemsolver capable of translating complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, navigable frameworks.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to articulate value drivers through storytelling and recognize conversational cues to deepen engagement.
  • Awareness of fundamental negotiation techniques and the ability to apply them effectively.
  • Comfort navigating rapidly changing meeting dynamics and shifting priorities.
  • Outstanding analytical and problemsolving skills, including research, data analysis, hypothesis development, and synthesis of recommendations.
  • Ability to identify patterns within complex and unstructured data sets to surface meaningful insights and opportunities.
  • High intellectual curiosity and ability to quickly absorb and apply new concepts.
  • Strong organizational and selfmarketing skills.
  • Big 4 or management consulting background preferred, but not required.

Expected Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $123,000 -- $227,450 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $157,100 - $227,450
In New York, the pay range for this position is $157,100 - $227,450
In Washington, the pay range for this position is $147,500 - $213,650

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
