Sample Vault Associate

Purpose: The Samples Warehouse Associate is a full-time member of the Marketing Operations Team within the Samples Distribution Center. Daily tasks will include computerized inventory check-ins, accurately processing orders through selecting, hanging, racking, packing, labeling, loading, shipping (value-added services) and/or other functions as assigned to achieve projected volume and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Utilize computerized Sample4U (S4U) system and Barcode 2D scanners to process all barcoded products.





  • Ability to learn and follow detailed inventory organization processes/procedures.





  • Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team





  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)





  • Accurately record inbound seasonal inventory and outbound liquidation and donation inventory, via computerized TEAM's Logs and complete necessary paperwork





  • Flexibility to cross-train and work in multiple warehouse areas





  • Work well under pressure during peak seasonal events





  • Work safely and maintain a clean work environment





  • Other duties as assigned

  • Marketing Operations Sample team



Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures





  • Regularly required to view, talk, hear, sit, stand and/or walk, use fingers, hands, arms, and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push, pull, bend, and/or twist for up to eight (8) hours/day.





  • Regularly required to climb, stoop, kneel and/or crouch





  • Regularly required to lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds





  • Work safely on elevated surfaces (Dock/Truck)





  • Able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours



Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:



  • High school or GED level of education is required





  • Required to view, speak, read, write, and comprehend the English language





  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
